As part of submission process to this journal, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The article has not been previously published, or submitted to another journal for consideration.
The submission file is in MS Word format and not passworded. All authors names, affiliations and e-mail addresses has been listed just below the article title.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 10-point font; Arial Narow font style; wemploys italics for the abstract; and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points with captions.
All equations contained in the document are produced using the built-in equation editor in Microsoft Word.
All tables contained in the document are produced using the table tool in Microsoft Word.

A non-refundable processing charge of ₦6, 000 shall be made upon paper submission.

A handling charge of ₦25, 000.00 shall be made after acceptance of manuscript for publication.
